Unfranchised has always taken care of me any time I have needed work done, there employees are awesome and are always willing to help with repairs. Any car I have brought has always come out better than it was. Highly suggest going to them with your car needs!

Excellent service and friendly staff! I had an issue with my car's undercarriage and they were able to fix it quickly with no issues. I will definitely be coming here for all services in the future.

I had a starting problem, and they fixed it easily. Service was excellent and friendly. I was most impressed, as a person from out of town (Canada) who needed prompt service. They could have charged me for unnecessary work, but did not. Such a pleasure to find them and know they were honest and efficient.

I needed a new mechanic that was more convenient to my new job, which was scary after using the same mechanic for 10+ years. Gene at Unfranchised got me right in for an inspection and some major repairs that needed to be done. The quote was about $1000 less than I expected. They found other things that needed to be done in the process of the repairs, and "shopped around" to find the cheapest place for the part. They did not take advantage of the fact that I am absolutely clueless when it comes to car issues. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for an honest place to take their vehicle.
